• Minimum delivery time is 45 mins to 1 hour.
• Operation in Kolkata and Siliguri.
• Damage Charges as below :-
  Glass Pot of the Hookah :- RS 1000
  Pipe or Hose :- RS 300
  Rubber or Tongs missing :- Rs 50
• The security deposit of Rs 1000 per hookah is to be paid by the customer if the delivery address is a hotel,Guest house, PG, Air Bnb, Sahpoorji Pallon Ji in Rajarhat, Vedic Village or any unverified address like road pick up or collection from our premises.
• The size, design and the colour of the hookah may vary from that of the image shown.
